Pelorus Partners with SOMA Project Controls

We’re pleased to announce a new partnership between Pelorus Insights and SOMA Project Controls. 

Pelorus Insights and SOMA Project Controls have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalising a strategic partnership between our two organisations.

SOMA Project Controls specialise in Quantitative Risk Analysis, Scheduling, Cost Management and Earned Value across complex programmes in the nuclear, energy and major transport infrastructure sectors.

The partnership brings together Pelorus’ expertise in programme and portfolio risk management, P3M leadership and decision support with SOMA’s strengths in project controls and Quantitative Risk Analysis.

By combining our complementary capabilities, we’re able to offer clients a broader, more integrated service across our sectors, strengthening Pelorus’ quantitative risk expertise while extending SOMA’s offering into strategic risk management, P3M and the defence sector.

Together, we help organisations understand, quantify and respond to risk and uncertainty, so they can decide and deliver with confidence.
