Welcome to the team Kate Elliott!

We’re thrilled to welcome Kate Elliott CPsychol to Pelorus Insights as an Associate Coaching Psychologist.

Kate is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist (CPsychol) with over 20 years of experience in change management, learning, and organisational development.

She holds an MSc in Psychology and an ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification, and is an Accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, a Roffey Park Advanced Facilitator, a Strengthscope® Master, and an APMG-qualified Change Management Practitioner.

With more than 600 coaching hours with a range of clients, Kate helps leaders navigate complexity and lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

We’re absolutely delighted to have Kate on board. Her expertise in leadership development and psychological safety is such a strong fit for the work we do around building risk capability and improving decision quality.
