Welcome to the team Andrew Millington!

We’re delighted to welcome Andrew Millington ChPP RPP FAPM FIoLM PGCert FCASA to the Pelorus team as an Associate P3M & Transformation Consultant.

Andrew brings over 30 years of P3M leadership, with deep experience delivering complex global programmes and transformations.

His career includes senior roles at BAE Systems, QinetiQ, Thales, Eurofighter GmbH and AeroSystems International, where he led international teams, recovered failing programmes, and implemented enterprise-wide capability and transformation frameworks.

A recognised expert practitioner, speaker, author, mentor and awards judge, Andrew specialises in governance, project controls, risk, assurance, PMO leadership, and business transformation.

He holds an MBA, is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), an ECITB-accredited P3M Trainer, and is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, the Institute of Leadership & Management, and the Controls and Skills Authority.
