Welcome to the team Peter Gleadow!

We’re delighted to welcome Peter Gleadow to the Pelorus team as an Associate P3M & Transformation Consultant.

Peter is a versatile business consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping Defence organisations change and improve. He brings a broad and complementary skill set across P3M, risk management and business analysis.

He has a proven track record of establishing effective governance and processes at portfolio and programme level across Army, Navy and Air Command Headquarters. He has developed risk management structures within Air and Navy organisations, and undertaken business analysis to inform new movements and inventory management systems for UKStratCom.

Peter combines an analytical mindset with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the operational detail. He focuses on embedding governance and process changes in a way that improves clarity, strengthens decision making, and creates lasting impact.

Above all, Peter understands that transformation only succeeds when people support it. He promotes two-way communication, psychological safety and, where needed, behavioural change to ensure change is sustainable.
