We’re delighted to welcome William Penaliggon to Pelorus Insights as an Associate Risk Management Consultant.

Will is a highly experienced risk management professional with 13 years of expertise spanning UK defence, infrastructure, and major capital projects.

He brings particular strength in bid risk sprints, helping bid teams to embed effective risk management processes and delivering high-quality high-scoring bid artefacts.

Having collaborated with Will for many years, we know he shares both our approach to risk management and our core values.
